Pros

The CEO, Executive Chairman, Chief Training Officer, and the Director’s of the company truly cares about the success and growth of the associates. They have a hands on training program that makes it possible for people without prior experiences to learn the proper way to help families achieve their financial goals. PFA is a company that focuses on developing strong leadership and making sure compliance is followed at all times.

Cons

Must obtain a state license which may not be easy for some to obtain. Requires hard work and extreme dedication in order to get ahead. Most people are not willing to devote the time or discipline to reach their goals.

Pros

PFA has changed my life in so many ways. It’s helped me grow both personally and professionally—by easing my social anxiety, reducing my fear of rejection, and boosting my confidence to chase after my financial goals. Through working with PFA, I’ve come to realize that my biggest obstacle has always been myself. I’m the one who holds me back. I’m the one who tells myself I can’t do something. But being surrounded by people who’ve learned to overcome their fears and silence their negative self-talk is truly inspiring. It shows me that with the right leaders, you can accomplish incredible things. PFA celebrates and values the human spirit. When people feel appreciated, they work harder. I’ve never felt that kind of appreciation in any of my W2 jobs—and I’ve had ten of them. I spent years working for other people, hoping they’d recognize my effort, but I never received anything meaningful in return. At PFA, hard work matters more than seniority. I actually see the results of my effort, and when that happens, it doesn’t go unnoticed. My director sees it. The executive chairman sees it. Even the CTO and CEO take notice. That kind of recognition is powerful—and it’s something I’ve never experienced until now.

Cons

Concerning the training app, I wish there was a way for you to save where you stopped watching a video. I have to remember where I left off and end up just rewatching the whole training video.

Pros

An Independent Life Insurance Agent with Premier Financial Alliance offers a lot of opportunities to help people expand their financial boundaries without risking their monies to the stock market and such. The salaries can be significant, but, highly contingent on building a successful client base under the tutorage of an experienced and trained agent. This is a great training ground for new agents as everything needed to be successful is available once your get your license.

Cons

The premier products of IULs and annuities are top-notch, but are geared to suit a narrow segment of the population, namely young(ish), healthy, and affluent. The agent you are paired with is certified and their input can ultimately shape your success for better or worse. You'll need great marketing and follow-up systems to turn the training provided into a livable income. As the majority of new agents (around 70%) make less than $5,000 per year, it is highly recommended that you have an alternative source of income when breaking into this industry.
