Pros
Easy manual labor, Its a job
Cons
No paychecks, druggies galore
I worked with this company for a little over two weeks. It was the one of the worst places I've ever worked! No orientation at all, just walk in door and wait for them to tell you where to go or if they even need you. So there was many days I stood for the first 20-30 minutes
of my shift with a handful of temps, waiting for a supervisor in order to know what was going on. Not that I wouldn't pass, but they never conducted a drug screen and now I know why! Almost every employee there bragged about their weed/meth habits and tried to make sales on their breaks. I stopped working for Premier after not getting a paycheck and being told I was not allowed to talk to my representative until after my shift. When I quit, I had 72 work hours clocked. To this day ,almost a month later, I've only been paid for 36 hours and nobody calls me back.
