Pros

The only Pro was you THINK you have a good job...until u get a paycheck

Cons

This was the biggest scam ever...I was without a job for months and i come across a job on craigslist that says $750-1200 a week. WHAT A JOKE! first off you have to pay for all of your starter fees and you have to use their radios in which they charge u like $30 a day. I worked here for a little under a month. I didnt realize how little i was getting paid because you had to wait 2 week for your first check. and they also told me because of the date I started work I would only have 1 days work on my first check. my first check for like 4 hours of work was $33. And i was like ok thats cool I guess I really didnt do much. So working 530am-9pm everyday delivering water mostly to companies and school ALL OVER including in a different state spending my money on gas. And my next paycheck was $12!!!!!!!! I was so pissed that obviously I quit lol. and my final paycheck for 3 days of work was $0.36. I lost close to $1300 in gas expenses and put tons of miles on my car. this is the most corrupt job ever. they also claim to pay you 0.56 a mile which isnt true.

Pros

I have very little qualifications and i make an average of $1200/week. It is one of a few jobs that will allow you to work as many hours as you want. Because you are a sub contractor you don't receive overtime pay, but depending on what you're doing the pay is negotiable.

Cons

Just like every other job I've ever worked, there are policies I don't agree with. With that said, I think that the good outweighs the bad.

Pros

Nice job if you enjoy working with a GPS, listening to the XM radio, and earning just a few dollars an hour. Premier has a great ad on Craigslist promising decen money seeking sub contractors, but falls extremely short from the truth.

Cons

Everything is in favor of the company than it ever will be for its sub contractors, such as keeping 48% of commissions, charging $300 for failure of sub contractors providing a 30-day written notice of resignation, and charging back to sub contractors it’s sign-on bonus for failure to complete a full 90 days of service. Wait, all new sub contractors are charged over $150 for a starter kit when in fact it’s worth less than $20. Sub contractors are charged for the full purchase price of cell phones without ever owning them because the phones remain the property of Premier. Best of all, commissions [pays extremely low which works out for the company, such has drivers earning a few dollars per hour because it doesn’t cost the company a penny for making drivers wait long periods of time for low paying loads.
