Pros
The location of the office was convenient to me
Cons
-permitted racist behavior, dismissed reported racism as “old fashioned”
-encouraged employees to research and come up with new ideas but when they did, it was labeled as “push back”
-when an employee reported aggressive/violent behavior to HR (who is also the COO who also has said repeatedly how she is BFF with billing manager), employee was told that the employee simply PERCEIVED the behavior as aggressive/violent
-if an employee voices their opinion on practices or behavior of a lead, employee is either moved to a different team or fired. Nothing is done about the behavior of the lead.
-strict rules about NOT clocking in early but would be criticized by management for leaving exactly at 5
-only people promoted are people who suck up to management
-sued and settled for 7.8 million re kickbacks, when employees are required to complete yearly compliance training that includes a section on kickbacks
-instead of addressing individual employees re performance or behavior, company would implement company wide rules instead, thereby punishing everyone for the poor behavior of one
-Profits come from scamming insurance companies, or asking patients to pay exorbitant amounts if/when insurance companies don’t pay
-Requires you to flat out lie to patients about being in network
-frequently changes PTO system to best benefit them
-When you leave the company, they will require you to repay your insurance premium for the month
