Pros

- Most people are nice and friendly.

Cons

The majority of staff are miserable and VERY unhappy with how things are. Nobody feels valued and morale is lower than it's ever been. Management have been told why numerous times but have gone full ostrich every single time and they're haemorrhaging people. It's really tragic. [The other review is a bit misleading on several counts. The writer is based in London and only has to come to the office once a quarter, so it doesn't really affect them. The wear and tear on cars to get to the office is a problem - the office is on a farm in the middle of nowhere, down a couple of miles of single-track roads that aren't very well maintained. "Work from anywhere" also only applies to VERY select people, writer included.] It's a shame as I've learnt a lot being here and there's so much potential but it's all wasted for the sake of propriety and doing things the same way "just because".

The office is beautiful but difficult to get to but I wouldn't change that.

Pros

The team have been nothing but welcoming and nice, everyone here is extremely friendly, have great team spirit and it's such a nice atmosphere to work in!

Cons

I don't really have one. Unless being out of the town is not your thing, but it does make it a quiet and peaceful place to work.
