Pros

Technically they do pay you

Cons

If you are considering joining, don't. There is a reason most people leave the company as soon as they can after joining. This is a total scam company that will put a switcheroo on you the moment you join. This company lies and scams you from the moment they put out the job description. The description is a complete lie and is only there to pull in candidates with good qualifications, do not believe you will ever do the job actually advertised! You will be put to a completely different and irrelevant project. The culture is extremely toxic, no bonuses are paid out regardless of the job done, but the expectation is that you devote every hour of your life to the company. Forget about any training or courses. On top of all this there is a high level of incompetence and people who have no idea what they are doing. Luckily no one knows what anyone is doing as there are no communication channels, so great place for many people to simply cruise. If you are still considering joining, reach out to any ex employee...

Pros

Health insurance was surprisingly decent.

Cons

Do your career a favor and avoid. The company is beyond dysfunctional, from the product to the organization. They lie about the market, lie about the compensation, and lie about the equity...do NOT buy the story on equity, no matter what they pitch you. Turnover is absolutely absurd, it feels like someone is constantly being let go. For sales, the commission is going to be virtually non-existent, and the discretionary bonus...HAHAHA... expect 0 no matter how hard you work. The review “Scam company, amazing it even functions” is as accurate a picture as you can paint. Wish i could give it 0 stars.

Pros

Hard to think of even one

Cons

The turnover here is incredibly high, with a constant stream of departures that leaves the company perpetually struggling to hire and replace staff.Once you join, you are completely on your own because the culture lacks any real teamwork. You will end up spending far more time navigating fragile egos and keeping people happy than doing any actual work. The environment is highly passive-aggressive, where people tend to do the bare minimum, flatter management, and take credit for work that isn't theirs.Leadership doesn't trust anyone, and there is little care for product quality. If you try to focus on doing things the right way, management will criticize your speed, humiliate you, and constantly interrupt your workflow. The office atmosphere involves a lot of shouting and disrespect, alongside a noticeable bias in promotions and racial stereotypes openly targeted at Chinese employees.Leaving was the best move for my career. Joining this company is a massive step backward.
