Excellent Employers - Game Developer Preloaded Employee Review

I’ve worked with Preloaded on a few contracts now, and it’s always been a brilliant experience. The team are super collaborative, friendly and genuinely make contractors feel part of things. The projects are creative and interesting, and the team are super talented. There’s a real sense of trust and flexibility too, which makes a huge difference – especially for parents. It’s just a lovely group of people doing great work together.

The commute can be a bit long for me, but that is was it is - plus it’s hybrid so I don’t have to go in too often.

Great studio, was surprisingly amazing for a studio that makes games for clients. Very collaborative approach to making games, everyone that I've interacted with has been lovely and truly has a passion for making games.

Can be quite stressful depending upon the project you are on and timelines. Last minute timeline changes resulting in unscheduled time off which means unexpected days you're not working as a contractor
