Pros

Beautiful office, everyone has their own cubicle, quick learners and self starters will do fantastic here, each position focuses on very specific responsibilities, so it’s good to be proactive & friendly, and but good attitude and strong work ethic is a must. Edgar and Flora are both very nice, and in constant motion, I worked on the clinical side of medical field, where the “higher up’s” are paid more and physically work less, this is not the case with this company, even the president is on the phones with hospitals, in meetings, or running around the office.

Cons

There is no good way to train for this kind of job, biggest con is that you HAVE to be able to just jump right in and, “work” in the beginning it definitely can be overwhelming if you start to think of how important each patient and case actually is, if you can push through the anxiety’s of each individual case, and keep focus on excelling at your specific job and all of is responsibilities, you will be productive and that helps make everyone else’s individual job better.
