Pros
You will never lose your job. You will never be written up for anything. Dress code is a joke in Rehab. Women wear pajama pants, flip flops. So you can basically wear what you want.
Cons
You are promised things to help you do your work and it never happens. If you come to work everyday and work hard you are not rewarded you are punished. Those who call out every day are rewarded by not having to log into the phone que (which is the worst part of your task). Those who do not come to work are not written up. I know this because I see how often people call out that still work here. There is no way these people still PTO.
