Small business feel. Creative people around you. Possibility to be on board if an idea goes big. Coffee always on hand.
Cons
Pay is very below average. Ideas are often not taken seriously and/or executed very poorly. The owner wants his apps/websites to gain users through viral means only. Limited ($100 weekly) to no budget for any kind of marketing efforts. Staff overturns quickly due to poor attitude of management.
