Pros
Good benefits,Owner treats you like a person not a number,taking vacations mandatory.Don't keep slackers employed long and rewards the good employees with great wages and a very safe environment to work,if you are not a safe hard worker do not apply but if you are you will be rewarded weekly and yearly.
Cons
Hire a lot of "shipyard employees"not workers takes a few weeks to weed thru the talkers and slackers might get a good employee out of 10 rejects
