      Work day ends early - 3pm

      Cons

      Never provided promised compensation per job contract. Never provided pay stubs & pay was questionable Levels of management are not on the same page leading to serious tension between departments and teams. Sexist, do not follow COVID procedures, forced me to work while sick.

      Good group of people to work with and a company that treats you well, and offers training for advancement if you are motivated to move up.

      Cons

      Can sometimes be long hours, however the OT pay is great !

      No Perks No training No support No voice in making changes You are forced to work oncall when it's not your week Mean girl club mentality Performance reviews ignored No safety department This company overall has NO teammanship or culture. It is very poorly run.
