      The only good thing about this place is that sometimes we would get a lunch paid for.

      Cons

      The training is horrible, you never get rewarded for anything, and they expect you to work your butt off for sucky pay.

      Good group of people to work with and a company that treats you well, and offers training for advancement if you are motivated to move up.

      Cons

      Can sometimes be long hours, however the OT pay is great !

      No Perks No training No support No voice in making changes You are forced to work oncall when it's not your week Mean girl club mentality Performance reviews ignored No safety department This company overall has NO teammanship or culture. It is very poorly run.
