Lack of Communication - Senior Project Manager Precision Engineering And Contracting Employee Review

Very secretive and are only told what you absolutely have to know. Owner makes decisions without informing the project managers which causes issues w/ clients. Unable to have direct access to any project costs. Unrealistic and unvoiced expectations. There is no regard for employee input. Favoritism of employees is evident and creates personnel conflicts.
