Pros
If you get hired on the company has good stability after you build up your seniority and the pay is decent.
Cons
Extremely hostile and hard on your body, walk in the door and half the people that are working on the parts are limping or have permanent injuries from the demands of the job. Never expect to hear a thank you or a good job. Also health benefits have gotten much worse over the years and have not kept up with annual cost of living wage increases. If you have a family this is not the place for you, unless you don't mind not seeing them and you like working FORCED/MANDATORY overtime for months at a time meaning no days off. I asked for my sons 5th birthday off that was on what was supposed to be my weekend and was told no after I had just worked a month without a day off.
