I would never recommend any of my colleagues to work at this company. This is an extremely “cliquey” staff that tells their account management team to treat other departments as if they work for them. Leadership will throw you under the bus and not help any junior staff member to succeed. I was going through a very difficult family situation when I was told I was horrible at my job and should not be in the industry although my manager was not around for help while in the middle of a launch however I’ve flourished at other companies since.
