Good Experience Overall - Jr. Instructional Designer Precise Systems (MD) Employee Review

Had a series of unfortunate events occur one year and they were very understanding and expressed concern for my well-being. Very easy to work with HR department and direct supervisor around these issues. No micromanagement -- I was entrusted with my task and as long as the customer was happy, nobody bothered me.

Just slightly more feedback from management would have been helpful -- even just to say you're on the right track and keep up the good work. I only left due to contract complications beyond anyone's control.

Very comfy environment that allows you feel safe while working.

Pay is well below market value.
