cons are that they will not do the main thing which is very important for every employee. Or anyone does a job that is nothing but salary. you have 4-5 months for that current month salary at last when you leave this company you have to leave that 4-5 months or more than that otherwise you have to become a puppet of management and you can't leave that company. In short, they are biggest fraud. You can even file a case against them because that too took the money you will not have that thing with you. So i advice do BPO job but never joing this fraud company
