Great working environment - Retail Sales Associate Precious Thoughts Employee Review

People were quite nice and friendly. Learnt quite a lot during these 5 months internship here and got chance to work on actual projects instead of not learning anything. A good place for retail, marketing and design related work also. Environment is quite fast paced so always got things to do and learn.

Can get quite busy during peak period and need to know how to multitask. Sometimes a bit stressful when many urgent things come in together.

- admire soft toys. - flexible schedule.

- 45 mins break is too little. - need to announce your departure and arrival time for restroom and eating breaks. - every move you do while working is tracked by the management through CCTVs (they are all over the shop). - everyone is expected to follow instructions no matter how bizarre it is. - at times, employees do get questioned repeatedly and make a big deal out of anything. - expected to follow customers all around the shop, some customers expressed discomfort but as much as you didn't want to make them uncomfortable as well, no choice, you still need to follow if not will get scolded. - the colleagues there are really not it man. some are just damn rude and disrespectful both verbally and physically. the part timers were fine though.
