Pros

- Mission Driven work - High reward and satisfaction serving the homeless population - Director level and below are filled with great people to work with - When this organization diversifies senior leadership it will be a great place to work with meaningful work.

Cons

- Senior Leadership is totally disconnected - Senior Leadership is divisive and speak poorly behind co-workers back - The culture of Senior Leadership is very toxic and in-group - They prolonged their D.E.I efforts, promoted a bunch of their white staff to VP positions and Director positions and then turned their wheels in the mud for D.E.I

Pros

It’s a great place to work if you like being part of a team. They truly care about your well-being.

Cons

There are really no downsides, in my experience.

Pros

Pay is not terrible? Benefits are decent. You will work with some wonderful people (unless you work at the office location, in which case, I'm SO sorry.)

Cons

•Woefully mismanaged from top down. •Upper management will make their weird morality plays everyone's problem. Expect to get, for example, emails from Mark Swann about his personal issues with union reps. Fun! •you will have to listen to the people at the agency who do the least interacting with the community it claims to serve being some of the most insufferable, self-righteous people on Earth •while they mistreat and underpay their caseworkers, and really anyone who "isn't bringing in money." The money that the agency only gets because of the work that those employees do.
