Pros

I have been working for 1.5 year in Prezentium like a continuous manufacturing Robot only one Pros is Work from Home. But, if you take it you will don't like to be in Home

Cons

1. From Morning 7AM to night 12AM or more than that we have to work for the Company 2. Senior Designers who assigns jobs dont know the time to be estimated for a job 3. We have to spend 12 hours to work for 18hrs job 4. No creativity have to do same job everyday as like in Manufacturing Unit 5. Full Politics good designers don't have any respect 6. Just like that they will send senior designers out without any notice or Management will corner them and they will automatically resign their jobs No job Guarantee don't leave current Job by believing Prezentium 7. Management don't know anything to deal with salary or any issues 8. for every slide we have to provide atleast 3 options for no use 9.System they provided is of no use it lags several times even for Browsing 10.Management will use abusive and vulgar words in team meeting like peeing on Soup and drinking is equal to doing mistakes while doing jobs 11. they expect us to work as slaves if we talk anything infront they will start to corner you

Pros

Decent pay, friendly colleagues, good mid-level managers, good opportunities for advancement, weird work hours that can work well for some

Cons

Touted as flexible work hours but it’s not flexible, just different than standard hours which can be a pro or a con depending on the person. They also require two meetings a week in addition to the normal 40 hours. I felt like the bar was constantly raised every time I worked hard to meet the expectations and burnt out really fast. It’s definitely quantity over quality and I felt constantly stressed about meeting the quota each shift. Some people seemed to love it but it wasn’t for me.
