1.We have full team support in every task that we undertake. 2.We have the choice to pick our own challenges at work and complete it. 3.Thorough guidance across development lifecycle. 4.Everyday is learning for me. 5.Code standard is maintained across the pipeline.

It's a small team right now. We're pushing to develop features at scale. It's not a con but the team can look into optimizing the development time.

The company is doing really well. I think we would avoid any pivots if we spend more time detailing client requirements and developing concrete roadmaps. Also I feel that if we have an employee wellness program in place, that would be great.
