These could be considered cons to some: - You will be asked to give %110 percent - but your coworkers will do the same. - Fast-paced is an understatement, this must energize you. - You must embrace autonomy and decision making - you will not always have a guidebook. - You must be receptive to feedback delivered with candor; you must also be bold enough to give this feedback. Terrible toxic work environment. Value of being candid means the ELT talks down to you and uses profanity. No work life balance. Middle managers have it the worst. CEO thinks he is always right and employees are afraid to say otherwise. Leadership needs lessons in being strong leaders vs leaders that everyone is afraid of.
