The Company pays well and hires smart people. Company provides a respectful work environment and generally does high quality work. It would have been helpful to understand what is wrong with HR or Culture.

Pros

You are told to write fake positive reviews for the company or threatened with bad recommendations. Great learning experience about how a so called professional company can be completely unprofessional and abusive. These people are ruining employee careers.

Cons

Mental abuse is your day to day experience. The Ponzi scheme is that people who hate the company are threatened to write positive reviews so more people can be recruited. The new recruits get trapped and again are forced to leave positive reviews. The circle continues. Company claims no firing due to Coronavirus on social media but then forces people to leave 'by choice' through continuous abuse.

Dear Reviewer, Firstly - I urge you to not make false and legally wrong accusations to our firm. What you have said is not true. Interested candidates should write to people on LinkedIn and get direct feedback on the firm. Now, I understand that you did not have a positive experience in Praxis. We demand performance and we do not have any shame in saying that. Unfortunately, your experience with us has not been great. The feeling has been mutual. While I understand this is your first employment out of college, you will notice that people either love working with us or hate it. We are okay with this as being the scale at which we are, it is important to create a high performance culture. Also, we had issued you two disciplinary warnings before terminating your employment due to severe underperformance and misconduct. Unfortunately, during these tough times, it is difficult for the organization to focus energy and time on such matters. Having said that, I hope you are able to think about this with a cool mind and reflect upon your 8-9 month journey with us. I am sure in your next gig, you will realize that all employers demand performance. A slightly difficult feeling to get used to after college, but hope you understand this and have a solid career ahead. Thanks, Team Praxis
