Pros

semi international workforce mainly consisting of indians, bahrainis, some south africans. Exposure to big players in the energy industry (ability to make connections with them), good experience in sales, multi million dollar deals.

Cons

can be stressful at first, I prefer more europeans, americans to work with, salary is quite low, it depends on the experience but generally dont expect much more than $3k even with 10yrs experience. i had 4yrs and was getting $2k while doing 1$ million in sales quite soon after joining. This combined with the fact u are paying minimum $1k for living expenses (if you are living like a european/american not an indian) makes it not worth it in my opinion, although salary can grow I believe if you show potential.

Pros

Great people to work with that were engaged in their work and the company.

Cons

Product sales heavily relied on severe weather conditions and forecasting hurricanes is often incorrect.
