      Solid in supporting clients - listening to the needs of the business and providing top, qualified talent without "shopping" to see what sticks. Believe in quality not quantity and diligently provide top notch resources. Value their team and continually provide training and career growth options. Treat employees with respect and open minds. 2 locations - Chicago and Naperville to accommodate the needs of employees, clients and candidates

      Hmmm... continued education, eligible to. attend conferences at zero cost, year end trip goals paid in full, open to all discussions, flexible in wfh.... need to think on this one...

      Pros

      Prairie is specialized in IT recruiting. The team and the owner are a technical staff with hands on IT experience. Some of the members of the team are from the development side, infrastructure, management or a combination of these skills. The team really understands IT and what candidates do and how they do it. It really sets the company apart from other agencies that don't have the same skill or experience.

      Cons

      Because the company is specialized in IT, the agency isn't able to help some of the clients with staffing needs in other areas. I'm not sure that this is really a con though since Prairie is a specialized firm. The team really knows what they are doing when it comes to technical clients and candidates. Stick with what you know!
