3. Company in their 25 yrs of existence have not grown yet and it still struggling to reach 6cr turnover pa.
4. Company is in a heavy cash crunch situation. Incurring a loss of 10L/Month.
5. Due to which there have been layoffs and exp candidates are fired in a day.
6. No promotional growth wrt designation for an individual as this is a family run company.
7. 2 yrs contract and company can fire any time.
8. Salaries will be put on hold for 3-4 weeks.
9. Micro management company with narrow minded people surrounded.
10. No Personal perks like eg. Medical insurance, Mediclaim etc.
