      I cannot think of a single positive thing to say about this company.

      Cons

      Management has no idea what they are doing. They do not listen to their employees. Do not trust their spoken words, get everything in writing. There is zero opportunity for career growth. If you are the best at what you do, you will never be moved to another position.

      Pros

      The management usually keeps everone abreast of financials and what the trend is against the budget.

      Cons

      One week was the all hands stating that the company is not meeting their budget, the next week there was a RIF. I was 94% billable for the year and still was released.
