great employee discount meet great manager leads you improve selling skills and solving problems great hours and commissions workers friendly just like a small family provides uniform twice a year paid overtime and many holidays provides great medical insurance its hard to promote , but management appreciate your hard working
Cons
commissions tax deduct a lot, almost 50% very strict for makeup, hairstyle , all appearance company's policy employee discount not as good as LVMH working hours is difficult at the mall , hardly have a weekend off in a month
