Pros
Practicus is a great company with a flat hierarchy, which makes a big difference to the atmosphere of the place. Everyone talks to each other and you're always made to feel that your voice can be heard. As an organisation, Practicus has commendable morals and work ethics. Work hard and you will be rewarded. One thing I personally loved about Practicus were the managers I experienced during my time there. Practicus has a very hands-on and honest way of building relationships with employees and in the least cringey and most professional way possible, I came to call my line managers friends. If I may make an analogy to the film Karate Kid, managers at Practicus are like Mr Miyagi. They're clever and pleasant, assuming the position of just another respectable member of the team until things go wrong and then they kick butt for you. Basically the best kinds of managers. Practicus have great incentives for their employees to do well and this is something that's appreciated throughout. Incentives include company holidays abroad, charity giveaways and posh meals out.
Cons
There is a slightly banterish culture at Practicus - it is after all a recruitment consultancy. You'll get on well within the team if you like football, a beer, the odd swear word and the Jurassic Park theme whistled around you most afternoons. To be honest, I wouldn't call the culture here a 'con', so much. It's more that natural wallflowers will stay firmly against the wall within such an environment. A slightly louder, more outgoing personality would be better suited to join the ranks of the Interim Management team.
