Pros

Colleagues are nice and friendly, the office is nice itself. Break times are 1 hour. And Broker Managers are very nice.

Cons

Where do I start? I am speaking on behalf of 3 ex colleagues and myself. Your mental health will deteriorate! Management is awful and they do not care about your feedback. No wonder brokers are never happy, as a customer care rep, you will get shouted at by the brokers, who are understandably upset, then your internal team in India will be impossible to get hold of. You will have to raise a query which will never be answered and you never get anything done. the UK team are beyond short staffed, and if you were friends with the teenage management, you were able to gossip and say nasty things about other colleagues. The place I work now is a dream. Human values, everyone genuinely gets treated equally. and don't be surprised when you are promised things and never receive. Culture and Values are disgusting, I only realised this once I found another job who genuinely cares

Pros

Bright, engaged people. Highly entrepreneurial and led by founders who built their success from the grass roots up.

Cons

Fast-paced and entrepreneurial, sometimes there's a lot going on. It's not always a great environment for the change-averse.

Pros

Paycheck!! That's all. Literally that's been advertised as the company's biggest USP around here in India.

Cons

Mismanagement or complete lack of it. No proper training, no defined roles, no direction, no career growth - virtually nothing's there to keep someone from leaving. People realize within a month that it's pointless to stay here. One guy who likes to preach and more importantly who loves to over-simplify everything, would do everything he can to demotivate the employees to their cores. And he goes out of his way to scold you among a group of subordinates so even they stop respecting you as a lead. That's the problem and no - you can't get away from him.
