Pros

Flexible working hours, allowing for good work-life balance.

Cons

Despite advertising flexibility, employees are expected to work five days a week onsite, which can negatively impact women statistically more than men. Disparity in work ethic: Some team members are highly committed, while others lack motivation, creating frustration for those who work hard. Executive team appears disconnected and often fails to engage with staff, with some not even offering basic courtesies like eye contact. Concerns about questionable practices behind the scenes affecting team morale. High levels of bullying and a general sense of dissatisfaction among employees. Attempts to go to HR to address bullying are met with a very unfriendly "People Manager" who does not offer any support.

Pros

- Good coffee shops around the corner

Cons

- Directors and CEO are corrupt and have little to no management skills - Exhibitions are all over budget and behind schedule, CEO and Directors are lying to treasury about both budget and schedule - curators are no longer curators, They are object researchers, told to do what the CEO wants (which is pulling together whatever is the most instagramable exhibition / visual display) - $250k contracts awarded directly to old friends and work colleagues - no autonomy to do work or feel job satisfaction - $1 million of taxpayers money being spent on a sketch drawing with no consideration of value for money - Attempted Contract splitting to try - sashimi bar Christmas party for 10s of staff using taxpayers money (generally illegal for state government do to this) - For state government which claims it is flexible, all staff have been ordered to be in 5 days a week. (Except the directors who wfh when they want)
