Disparity in work ethic: Some team members are highly committed, while others lack motivation, creating frustration for those who work hard. Executive team appears disconnected and often fails to engage with staff, with some not even offering basic courtesies like eye contact. Concerns about questionable practices behind the scenes affecting team morale. High levels of bullying and a general sense of dissatisfaction among employees. Attempts to go to HR to address bullying are met with a very unfriendly "People Manager" who does not offer any support.
