As much as they say otherwise, powerforce really see their field team members as numbers rather than individuals. All they care about is the numbers you get and targets. Most management never come out in the field to see what the ground work is like and then expect miracles from you. They treat every area the same whereas selling into central London for example would be a lot different to somewhere in the countryside. Too much admin/planning and no extra time given to do it so it's done out of hours with no extra pay. When their clients say 'jump' powerforce will say 'how high' even if it is the most unrealistic request ever and the field team are the ones running around doing pointless stuff along with their day job. No real way to progress.
