Pros

Good office location Ok salary (from my experience)

Cons

Worked for the is company for a brief time but was able to understand that the management are a group of guy friends that don’t know where they want to go and how they should get there. They hire a lot, then they fire a lot, the open positions they swear they need and they think is the way to go, to then change their minds and decide they don’t need that person overall. There are some elite groups and people that are shielded by the CEO, and some that are utterly and completely ignored. To be honest, it is a bit of a boring product, too much legislation and to complex and technical to learn and overall my experience sucked there

Pros

Nothing at all. Avoid at all costs. Don't trust your career in a company that doesn't know what it's doing.

Cons

Nepotism and Bias: There is a strong hiring bias toward personal acquaintances, which hinders diversity of thought and creates a homogeneous environment, especially in leadership roles. Unprepared Management: Managers often lack the skills to handle team issues and show little regard for employee satisfaction. Leadership behavior during annual off-sites can be unprofessional and disappointing. Zero Growth Opportunities: There are no clear career paths or development goals. It is common to see employees in the same role for over years with no perspective on advancement. Burnout Culture: Leadership expects employees to work long hours, but this effort is rarely met with adequate rewards or recognition. High Turnover and Low Empathy: The company has a history of letting new hires go within months with little regard for the personal impact. People are treated as numbers rather than human beings. Uninspiring Environment: The work is repetitive and the industry is unexciting. Even when delivering excellent results, there is a significant lack of recognition and professional appreciation.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We take comments about leadership, growth, and culture seriously. At Powerdot, we gather anonymous input through quarterly eNPS surveys and regular performance check-ins to understand where we are doing well and where we need to improve. Our current eNPS stands at 41, which points to solid engagement across the organisation, but we see this as a baseline, not a finish line. We are a performance-driven company operating in a fast-scaling environment. That means we are constantly evolving how we work, how we lead, and how we support people in their development. We will not always get everything right, but we are committed to building a diverse, merit-based, high-performing culture where individuals can grow and do their best work. We encourage you to raise these concerns through our anonymous feedback channels or directly with our People Team so they can be properly addressed.
