Pros
Work with children disguised as adults, great place to come and blend in with a whole host of useless roles with absolutely no upward mobility. Not much is asked of employees and it's a pretty easy place to do nothing and collect a bonus, just don't speak ill of management and their bang up job or you'll be labeled a troublemaker.
Cons
The company is excruciatingly mismanaged. Senior management is as limp as their french handshakes. Zero equity for anyone not in leadership, and for everyone else you're handed silly participation prizes like work swag instead of actual meaningful compensation.
