Working at Powerfleet has been a really positive experience. You can see the growth potential here and it feels like the company is moving in an exciting direction with AIoT and data-driven solutions. The culture is friendly and collaborative, and people genuinely want to help each other succeed. There are definitely big aspirations and opportunities ahead, and it’s nice to feel part of a team that’s building towards something impactful
Cons
The company is at tail end of its merger and acquisition transition, so there are still some growing pains and sometimes processes and culture feel like they’re still coming together. On the flip side, it's a great opportunity to contribute to shaping a stronger, unified culture going forward.
