Pros
Local control with global reach! This high-tech company is open to innovation and has a 50-year history to draw upon the expertise of long-term employees. My opinions were always listened to and the ideas that fit the business were implemented. I felt valued and was treated as a professional member of a quick tempo team.
Cons
A bit short-staffed reduces focus on core job duties to take up a bit of slack. That's just part of doing what needs to be done to get the job done though!
