Great mentorship and leadership from the top down! Lots of growth and room for learning. Incredibly fair and generous base salary + commission rates.

The only Cons at Power I.T. would be the normal drawbacks to recruiting in general. You need to work hard, but the rewards and the ability for success are absolutely here.

None really, able to move relatively quickly into contract roles. They promised leads on another role forever and never followed through though.

Incompetent, do not understand skill sets or requirements for jobs. I am disappointed they resorted to playing games and being dishonest instead of open and collaborative. They will exploit you for bottom dollar rates while collecting a larger amount for themselves. Dishonest towards both clients and partners, the place I was at was unsatisfied with the staff they have provided in the past. Their only reaction to constructive criticism, however, was to have my previous review deleted. That tells you all you need to know about their character.
