I remember my first day at Power. I remember meeting all the employees in the office, and thinking to myself how smart, funny, and warm everyone was. Power just seemed like a really cool place to work. As I look back, I can say without question, I was right. I just didn't know how right I was. Nearly four years later, I couldn't be happier Working for Power. I have experienced amazing amounts of support and I have been given true empowerment toward achieving a success I wouldn't have previously thought possible. Professional advancement is available in multiple positions throughout the company with expansions in existing offices occurring, and new offices opening yearly. Power Home Remodeling Group is a company on the rise. With a focus on developing potential leaders, encouragement of personal and professional growth, and continual training, the company is experiencing massive growth. Innovation is encouraged, ideas are welcomed, and there is an attitude that we can be better than we were the day before, together. It is apparent in the culture of each office and is messaged from the top down.
