Pros
-Working with underrepresented communities -Opportunity to learn if you can past the stressful management -Good mission, awful execution -Diverse team -The Senior Manager is a great person (giving 3 stars for her senior management)
Cons
-Abusive executive team -Little to no training and expected to perform unachievable, incomprehensible tasks -No structure, rules and expectations changed weekly and sometimes daily -CEO belittles people -I was often criticized for having a cognitive disability -Low employee retention -False advertisement of company culture -No mentorship -Refused to pay myself and 2 other employees our last checks and we had to file a complaint to the New Jersey Department of Labor
