The work provides a good mix of challenges and learning opportunities that keep things interesting. Useful conversations during meetings. Opportunities to expand professional knowledge. The variety of assignments also prevents the work from becoming predictable.

Open positions are not always filled quickly, which can increase workloads for the existing team.

While my coworkers have been great to work with so far, I can't say the same thing about Power Brands Consulting. I initially thought the company would be a good career move based on the reviews I've read, but working here has been such an awful experience. I genuinely can't see why people still choose to stay despite how miserable working here is!

Employees are leaving all the time because of how brutal the work conditions are! Workloads are overwhelming; I’m exhausted all the time because of how much work we’re assigned every day! Management keeps piling on task after task onto my lap, and instead of hiring more people to ease the burden, they expect employees to keep up and work without complaints. Even if you’re sick or have an emergency you need to attend to, they still expect you to come into work and put the company as your number one priority at all times. They couldn’t care less about our needs at all; all they care about is having their demands met.
