Career development is what has encouraged me to continue working at Potratz. Many companies cap your ability to grow and learn but here you are able to continually work to better yourself. I especially appreciate the ability to try new things and learn from them especially when it comes to new strategies for my clients. If I was doing the something day in and day out I would go crazy. I also really love my teammates they make coming to work everyday something to look forward.

There can be a lot of last minute things that need to get done ASAP but thats what advertising is. So you have to be able to move quick and roll with the punches.

Good job with flexible hours.

Sometimes isolating work environment. But team exercise's were a blast.
