Pros

Very friendly people, they party together and drink together. They'll teach you ways how to impress girls and how to even get them out, if you're lucky enough, in a month or two you'll get your own love of life there. The boss once quoted himself that if you're in posterity you don't need a dating app. Also, they'll review your performance on the basis of how closely you're attached to your employers it's easy to get in their good books. They even take their ex female employees on lunch outside office to discuss about the employees who have left the company.

Cons

Married employees are also dating here. Learning is not that great. Less focus on hardwork.

Pros

Must rename it to bhosterity consulting😆

Cons

People here think they working for mckinsey top consulting firms and what not No support from management they would suck out every ounce of blood from your body to retain profits amongst directors and would give salaries in pennies good luck for your inflation crisis ahead People here judge each other way too much politics and almost no growth Man let me tell you if you get here first thing you would want to have in life is to kys.

Pros

Annual office trip, opportunity for good foundational learning opportunities for freshers (only if you actively look for learning new things and take initiative in projects), possibility to build a strong recruitment portfolio by working on diverse clients which are known names in the industry. There's a young college crowd, so you'll probably make good friends and social circle with a like-minded generation of workforce.

Cons

1. Poor business strategy: Instead of rewarding recruiters and expanding recruitment services from the revenue generated by recruitment business, they invested that money into starting new business lines which failed terribly. 2. No business ethics: It is believed that they use unethical practices in tender projects. 3. Immortal character of senior management: CEO is having extra marital affairs with employees, gives preferential treatment to them while discriminating against other employees. This results in a toxic, unfair, and hostile work environment and the HR turns a blind eye to it. 4. HR is basically a puppet for the management. No employee-friendly policies or employee-friendly implementation of those HR policies. 5. L&d dept used to be good. But today its just unnecessary rules created to overburden employees, which takes them away from their main kras and make the job more and more operational. No new training or employee engagement happens. 6. No reward or incentive. In the past there were good bonus and incentive criterias. But then the CEO went bonkers that how come employees are earning so much. So they removed incentive and set unachievable bonus targets. 7. The CEO is very sexist and mysogynistic. There have been many instances with multiple female employees where he has made inappropriate, sexist, or mysogynistic remarks bordering on posh. 8. Salary is nowhere near the industry standards. No appraisals happen. Management holds off bonuses and appraisals anytime without any official communication. 9. Good employees don't get recognition based on merit, unless they are good-looking or knows how to do bootlicking. Merit will get you nowhere in this organisation. Only when they are understaffed is when they try to "show" the good employees that they value them. Otherwise, they reward only buttering. 10. They also ask their employees to put good reviews on Google and Glassdoor. One review here by a senior manager is a classic example of delusion.
