Great f&b family of co-workers and managers. I have been able to pursue many side projects and take time off to visit family without any problems! They work with my flexible schedule.
Banquets and beach bar are the big money shifts!
Cons
Not clean enough to provide excellent service (I don't like eating here too often because nothing seems to be thoroughly cleaned and I can taste it!) Dead season lasts all winter. You never know how much you will make (but that could be said for many restaurant jobs).
