Pros
Great company to work for, very organized. The engineering team is very competent, the product team is also skilled, and the product has real challenges to be solved. It is a great company for anyone looking to work with a full Rails stack and collaborate in a very senior team. Another good thing is that they really care about work-life balance. It was the first company I worked at that actually takes concrete actions to support it.
Cons
I think the only downside is that they don’t have clear leveling. In other words, you don’t have 100% certainty about what you need to do to become a Software Engineer 1, 2, or X, or to reach a Tech Manager or Tech Lead position.
