Not a Creative ord nurturing environment - Production Supervisor PostNord Employee Review

Repeated firing of leadership in order to "Renew" makes postnord a company without any real progress. Every year or two the same genius ideas are repeated by the new leadership "we need to be the best in the industry without spending money" A couple of staff injuries/depression sick leaves later we're in the same spot again. Only with even more money spent on expensive replacement consultants for all the sick employees
