Pros
There weren’t any pros working there apart from a few people who made working there bearable. If it wasn’t for covid and the amount of people without jobs I would’ve left a year earlier
Cons
Pay was bad. Workload bad. Environment bad. Lots of gossip and unprofessionalism. Company doesn’t care about worker and you’re over worked. Felt bad for taking time off because there was constant understaffing. Head office are either blind or don’t care that the turnover is super high because it’s awful. Customer is always right attitude while you’re being abused. They need to structure calls that you can actually take a breathe in between while having to send emails to clients, follow up on queries, call drivers. Whole system is awful and they expect you to do 500 things at once.
