Strong culture and great management make it a gem - Individual Contributor Possible Finance Employee Review

I’ve hesitated to post a review given my role in the company, as I often share opportunities with people who are actively evaluating us. That said, I’ve realized my perspective is worth sharing because of my long tenure. People often ask what has kept me here. The answer is simple: you don’t leave opportunities when you’re supported, challenged in meaningful ways, and genuinely enjoy the people you work with. This is a great environment.

We do not always get it right.

-I loved working with all of the people on my team. You will never find a more trustworthy or awesome group of people. -The work life balance was the best! No pressure to respond instantly at all hours of the night like at some other employers -I think the benefits were pretty decent -Nice that performance and salaries got reviewed regularly

-C Suite seems to disagree frequently, which seems like it led to a lot of changing direction with products and services -The CEO needs to work on his communication skills with people outside of the execs. Sometimes he was super approachable and other times was way too intimidating. It was uncomfortable not knowing what you were going to get -Constant change can be a good thing in a start up, but it can also be exhausting
