      The office is located in a nice location.

      Cons

      The work culture is incredibly toxic. There's constant tension, and it’s clear management doesn’t care about employee wellbeing. Bullying and micromanagement are the norm, and there’s little accountability for bad behavior. High staff turnover—people are leaving constantly, which speaks volumes about how bad it is. New employees don’t last long, and good employees are burned out or looking for the door. No clear strategy or direction from leadership.

      Working at Positive Luxury has proven that you can find a company with values at the heart of everything it does. The CEO’s passion is infectious and is a joy to work with.

      Working at a start up can be challenging as you have to do multiple roles but working with a passionate team makes this easier.

      I loved working for a company whose purpose aligned with my personal beliefs. The founders make you feel valued and they are far ahead of the curve when it comes to diversity and inclusion. The fast-paced and goal-oriented environment cultivates an open and collaborative company culture

      Some growing pains as expected with a company that is moving from a start-up mentality to an international organisation with offices in multiple countries. If you're excited by challenges and opportunities for growth then it's perfect
