No work/life balance. Short staff at all the times. Have to work over weekends, bank holidays, Christmas etc.

Cons

Management incapable of doing hands on care work. Bloated management structure Toxic management environment Troublesome deputy manager received promotion. Nepotism at play Ill-informed, unexperienced and lacking knowledge and standoffish due to this!
